Liberals will tell you exactly how we got to this point, but conservatives are chalking it up to a vague "coarsening of the culture." The Sacramento Bee spells it out very plainly: "The California Supreme Court’s historic ruling legalizing gay marriage has its roots in the case of a Mexican American woman who 60 years ago fought for the right to marry an African American man." Likewise, the Massachusetts ruling a few years ago very expressly relied – 25 times! – on the 1967 Supreme Court ruling to lift the ban on miscegenation. You have to go to James Edwards to hear about this because "conservatives" have sold their souls to the devil. They are too heavily invested in praising Rosa Parks, MLK, and every other Communist who has come along preaching equality. The liberals know they are simply being consistent, which is why we have a lot more respect for them. But conservatives are hypocrites, and if you want proof that devil worship dissolves the backbone, watch this. It has distressed James that his hero, Pat Buchanan, is not a whole lot more courageous. "No, there’s nothing shocking about gay marriage. The only people who were surprised were the ones who haven’t been paying attention, while they’ve been busy praising interracial marriage and equality to high heaven. Which pretty much describes most conservatives and Christians for the last 30 years. And they shouldn’t be shocked in a few years, when the same courts start stripping away their tax exemptions for violating public policy with their anti-gay marriage stance, just like they did to Bob Jones University for banning interracial dating."

Ehud agrees that "James Edwards has done a masterful job of obviating the not-so-golden thread running through the history of American jurisprudence on the topic of marriage." He points out that while 95% of Whites opposed miscegenation (racists!) at the time of the Lopez decision previously mentioned, only 74% oppose fag marriage today. This means that Americans were far more convicted on the propriety of miscegenation than they are about the propriety of Weddings of Ass Destruction, to quote our friend Badonicus. And if White civilization was lost so easily, and Christians so easily accepted ugly mulatto babies as churchmates, schoolmates, and fellow citizens, what makes anyone think that lying clergymen, who owe their existence to a 501(c)3 certificate of incorporation from the state, will suddenly discover gonads in their Pampers Pull-Ups and do something about the violation of God’s holy law? All it takes is a financial threat for these professionals to read the Scriptures in a whole new light.

To protect traditional marriage, one must label as "bigots" those who seek to protect traditional marriage.

And a man who supports this devilry for 20 years can be elected emperor.

In truth, the accursed Jews (and I mean that in the literal, biblical sense) were publishing pornography and blasphemy, and it thrilled Christians to know that a political party intended to dispose of the filth. News flash: trash is burned.
