A pastor in the most conservative Presbyerian denmonation in America has preached on the subject of mixed marriage. Basically, God honors Moses’ marriage to a negro, and the N.T. never overturns it. Of course, the first premise is false. But he concludes that the mixed marriages prohibited in the Bible were “religiously” mixed marriages. I wonder if he’s willing to bite the bullet in officiating his daughter’s marriage to a Christian negro.

Modern Christians have made great strides against racism. But much more needs to be done if we are to be true servants of Equality.
While it is true that the Old Testament affirms family lineage and says “honor thy father and thy mother,” the law of the Old Testament no longer applies because now, under the New Testament, we are under grace instead of law. Jesus said, “call no man your father.” Grace is spirit and abolishes physical distinctions.
In the first place GOD has not did away with his Old Testament. The only thing in the old testament that was abolished was the sacrificial laws. Jesus Christ was the ultimate, and final sacrifice. The Ten Commandments still apply to all living today.
Mat 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
