What Thomas Jefferson said of blacks in Notes on the State of Virginia is just as true today, but his generation had the advantage of not having spent trillions of dollars in the fool’s errand of turning them white. He wrote:
They astonish you with strokes of the most sublime oratory… But never yet could I find that a black had uttered a thought above the level of plain narration; never saw even an elementary trait of painting or sculpture… He is often happy in the turn of his compliments, and his style is easy and familiar, except when he affects a Shandean fabrication of words. But his imagination is wild and extravagant, escapes incessantly from every restraint of reason and taste, and, in the course of its vagaries, leaves a tract of thought as incoherent and eccentric, as is the course of a meteor through the sky. His subjects should often have led him to a process of sober reasoning: yet we find him always substituting sentiment for demonstration… Among the blacks is misery enough, God knows, but no poetry.
Even love is manifested differently in them:
They are more ardent after their female: but love seems with them to be more an eager desire, than a tender delicate mixture of sentiment and sensation.
They are inferior to us, writes Jefferson, but “their inferiority is not the effect merely of their condition of life.”
It is not their condition then, but nature, which has produced the distinction. Whether further observation will or will not verify the conjecture, that nature has been less bountiful to them in the endowments of the head, I believe that in those of the heart she will be found to have done them justice… I advance it therefore as a suspicion only, that the blacks, whether originally a distinct race, or made distinct by time and circumstances, are inferior to the whites in the endowments both of body and mind… Comparing them by their faculties of memory, reason, and imagination, it appears to me that in memory they are equal to the whites; in reason much inferior, as I think one could scarcely be found capable of tracing and comprehending the investigations of Euclid; and that in imagination they are dull, tasteless, and anomalous.
They are not to be trusted, writes Jefferson. And here he seems to contradict himself, blaming the need for distrust on their “situation.”
That disposition to theft with which they have been branded, must be ascribed to their situation, and not to any depravity of the moral sense.
He wrote this in spite of his understanding of “the real distinctions which nature has made” between the races, “which will probably never end but in the extermination of the one or the other race.” As the Majority Rights blogger observes, the condition of blacks has greatly improved in the ensuing two centuries, but “their proclivity towards crime remains unabated.” Well, at least liberalism continues to make whites feel better about themselves, even if their fantasies result in our extinction. Jeff seems to have had a lapse of reason himself, like some preachers I know, hoping that it would “all resolve itself in some egalitarian utopia at some unspecified future date under some mysterious bit of magical circumstance.” But he knew that Negro slavery was like having a wolf by the ears; you can’t hold on and you can’t let go.
What to do about all this? Separation, of course. Thomas Jefferson was a Kinist.
It is not against experience to suppose, that different Species of the same genus, or varieties of the same species, may possess different qualifications. Will not a lover of natural history then, one who views the gradations in all the races of animals with the eye of philosophy, excuse an effort to keep those in the department of man as distinct as nature has formed them?… Among the Romans emancipation required but one effort. The slave, when made free, might mix with, without staining the blood of his master. But with us a second is necessary, unknown to history. When freed, he is to be removed beyond the reach of mixture.
We linked to a news story not long ago about apes being sexually attracted to black women in Africa. The same thing apparently occurred in Jefferson’s time, to which he alludes to in his statement about superior white beauty:

The circumstance of superior beauty, is thought worthy attention in the propagation of our horses, dogs, and other domestic animals; why not in that of man?
Needless to say, Thomas Jefferson couldn’t be elected dog catcher in our perverted age. If he were alive today he would have a blog read by fourteen conspiracy theorists, and he would be a lot like Winston Smith, inventing things in his garage.
Another of his statements catches the eye because it shows us why we belong (at least mostly) in colder northern climes.

We were sitting in church last Sunday, and the pastor gave the children a little talk, asking them if they knew about the Civil War. One little boy who has been using my tax dollars in the local Planned Ignorance Center shot his hand in the air and exclaimed, “That was the war fought to free the slaves!” Even sadder, I think his teachers would have nodded in agreement, pleased to know that the few things they are teaching the children are actually getting through to them. Many Southerners in the heritage movement itself appear to be so psychologically whipped by the incessant barrage of racial hate propaganda aimed at them and at whites in the nation as a whole that they believe, in stark contrast to Lee’s primary focus on his own people, that the Confederacy can only be justified by showing that it was somehow beneficial to or supported by blacks, Jews, Indians, or Hispanics. It is irrelevant or even morally repugnant to such people to consider what role whites played in the Confederacy or whether the Confederacy was good for white people.
Dickson obliterates the convenient fiction which is popular among “neo-Confederates” today that states’ rights, but not slavery specifically, were the basis for secession. For instance, the Confederate Constitution made it illegal for any state to abolish slavery. This could later have been amended, of course, if enough states had wished to do so, but it is ridiculous for the “multiracialism and magnolias” crowd, like the Kennedy brothers, the SCV, and the League of the South, to suggest that the South put its lives and fortunes on the line merely to test a long-debated political theory. Race was the reason for breaking from the United States, writes Dickson. Georgia even excoriated the North for nullifying acts of Congress regarding slavery. So clearly, as is true of the general constitutional rights of states, nullification and interposition were less important to the South as principles than the protection of their property. “[T]he issues of race and slavery appear over and over again; there is scarcely a peep about tariffs or other issues.” If you’re a regular reader of SWB, you know what Sam has taught about the white weakness of elevating raw principle above survival.

We were late in paying the $220 vendor fee for this Black Power conference. We wanted to host a seminar and show them that the words Moloch or Molech are represented in Arabic as מלך (the letters MLK). There is now an opportunity for all races (red and yellow, black and white) to come together and change the names of all Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King Junior Boulevards to Molech Streets. I think we could find a receptive audience among these jigaboos.

We think there are a couple of flaws in this article called The Christian Doctrine of Nations, but it is well worth reading.

The modern desire for global unity, amalgamation of peoples, destruction of territorial boundaries, English as a universal language, and construction of a world government is difficult to see as anything other than a sinful desire to rebuild the Tower of Babel and create an autonomous humanistic order independent of God. I think Lawrence (that should be T.E. not D.H.) did not interpret Melville’s governing metaphors with the allegorical precision that is warranted. His Pequod is the U.S. Federal Ship of State – a multicultural / multiracial psychopathocracy that under Ahab’s command is committed to an objective that is fundamentally hostile to the natural order; just as Ahab committed himself to the destruction of covenant order (Israel) through idolatry. The Biblical destruction was a destruction that encompassed: race, covenant, prophetic truth and destiny. I think Melville’s allegory intends that we open up this matter through the tale of Moby Dick.
The only survivor of the wreck of the Pequod is ‘Ishmael’ – a wild ass of a man – an ass being a cross between a horse and a donkey, just as the Biblical Ishamael was of mixed race and the son of bondage.
To consider the being of the great, white whale Moby Dick, I think you have to look at the Psalms of the deeps and the Lord’s answer to Job out of the whirlwind (could be maelstrom) Job 40:6- not to difficult to associate this with the destruction of a ship of state.

Job (like Ahab) had an argument with the Lord: “Will you condemn me that you [Job] may be justified? (Job 40:8).
In his reply to this question, the Lord sets before Job his creature Leviathan, his mighty work of the deep, his work of power, terror, mystery and judgement. This is the chapter of Leviathan (Job 41). The rhetoric of this discourse is that if Job (or any man) is powerless before Leviathan as “king over all the sons of pride” (Job 41:34), then by extension of the analogy, how much more subject is Job to the Creator of Leviathan? And yet his Creator is one “who has made a covenant with you to take him for your servant forever” Job 41:4
The Leviathan state (of which the Pequod is an allegory) is a blasphemous mockery of Leviathan whom the Lord sets before Job as an example of his mighty works of judgement in the earth, his judgements in the deep.
In Melville’s tale, Ahab was a “son of pride”; he set forth in the Pequod as one “who went down to the sea in ships, [one] who traded across the deep waters”, these have seen, according to the Psalmist, “the works and the wondrous deeds of the Lord” – and his judgements in the deep. Ps 107:23,24
The men of King David’s Psalm cried out to the Lord in their distress (Ps 107:28,29), the Psalmist who cries out to the Lord “thy torrents and waves are swept over me”, and Job all receive counsel, help and deliverance from the God of the covenant. But Ahab is a challenger of the natural order and a destroyer of covenant; both he and his ship of state were wrecked by the Lord’s judgements “in the deep”.
In the wreck of the Pequod, Melville is drawing an exact parallel between the Federal Leviathan state and the Ahab’s destruction of Israel in idolatry. Today we see how foresighted he was, how well he knew the Psalms and the Wisdom of the Bible.
In our time, Melville is a ‘troubler’ of these United States.

What is astounding about DH anyway, is that his views of the white race were in no way tossed aside, even if DH was a sodomite-

This just in from the State of California where, the Supreme Court has upheld a resolution banning same sex marriage. A word like ‘natural family’ might still be hate speech in the 9th circuit invoking federal jurisdiction, but the Californicated stormed the polls in the fall 08 referendum and gave ‘gay marriage’ the resounding thumbs down.
Although none of the mainstream media dared to take the name of the J_W in vain and remark on how the gay pride movement is actually financed and organized, lets just say that the entire apparatus together with its activists, its street vangard and the loud, the proud and the out there with the heterosexual hate speech took council together and decided to do an end run around the 08 referendum with their Supreme Court challenge; but the Supreme Court nixed both gay marriage and the end run strategy in one decision.

My bulletin from The Catholic League re: the Supreme Court of Ca’s decision on Referendum 08 concludes with this barb: “No one supports two men getting married save for white people who have spent too much time in the classroom.” (May 26, 09)
One can only agree, the whites have spent entirely too much time in the classroom being dumbed down. There are, however, remedies for them, unlike for those who are spearheading the advance of the Gay Agenda for their own (covert) objectives.
And this brings me to the meat and potatoes of “His Mercies Are Not Spent”.
This is Lawrence’s idea that Moby Dick is “the deepest blood being of the white race” , an allegory of “our deepest blood nature.” (The books of D.H. Lawrence are on the Index because they pollute the soul; I have not read his works and I can’t say I regret this). Lawrence was a Modernist. His statement does not convince me that he knew the storied web of the ancient matter, certainly not well enough to make a statement about the “deepest blood nature” of the white race. And I don’t think that he knew enough of the Holy Bible to read Melville correctly.
The Caucasians are mariners, yes; but above all the Caucasian nations are a people of the horse. And so they migrated West and North out of the Great Plains and steppes of the Caucasus. As pagans, they sacrificed the goddess of the white mare, Epona, to the cauldron of the gods. When Ossin of the Fianna returned to Eire from Tir na Og (the Land of Eternal youth beneath the wave), he rode the white horse. The image is chalked on the green hills of Mercia in England (the White Horse of Uffington). The wind horse banners of the ancient cavalries of the Franks, the Britons, the Gaels are preserved in the museums. Invariably they depict the White Horse. Inns, pubs, great halls, bierhalles named for the White Horse are all over N.W Europe .
The storied web of ancient matter (the story and song of the white nations) was not extinguished when the Evangel was announced to Europe. When those nations converted as nations (an event unique in history), they brought their ancient matter with them into the faith.
What are we to make of this event except that the storied web of this race and no other, this ancient pagan matter was a fertile, cultural ground and native soil (Matt 13:18) so rich, that upon it, the Evangel could yield the fruit not only of conversions among individuals and tribes, but among nations.
And when the golden thread of the Evangel began to be woven into that web, a new story, a new song began. That golden thread did efface and weave over much of the ancient stuff. But the golden thread also took up and highlighted other features, so that myth became history and infused prophecy and destiny into contemporary events as they unfolded. It is in these realms that one must look for matter that relates to “our deepest blood nature.”
Central to this is the White Horse. It is virtually the insignia of the white race both west and east, the Christopher, the Christ Bearing race.
Passing from the myth of Tir na Og into history, I can not think of one depiction of decisive victory against all military odds and logistics in the affairs of the Christendom that lacks the White Horse – the victories that were signal deliverances for the Christendom and were blessed with a pax of centuries. In the Karlamagnus Saga of the Norse, the Chansons de Gest – Charlemagne rode a a Lippizaner. Charles Martel at Tours in the Reconquista – a Lippizaner; Jan Sobieski at the defeat of the Turkish forces at the gates of the Vienna – a Lippizaner – the white breed of the Central European steppe.
And in our own day in the cinemas of the global village packed with young white people “who have spent too much time in the classroom” but are too dumbed down to have ever read a book – they have encounted the White Horse in the correct context even though this is supposed to be ‘a fairy tale.” They might be ‘ni laodh ni littr’ – without song or letter – as they would say in the Highlands, but they know the soul of the race when they see it.
You had to be there for the screening of the Two Towers when the Hornburg falls to the Uruk forces of Saruman in the Peter Jackson film. At dawn the Eored of King Theoden rides from the Tower of the Burg over the Causeway to the Dike. You had to see the young people rising to their feet as the momentum of the scene builds, hear the ‘Forth Eoringas! and see the depiction of Theoden’s Eored sweep over the causeway. You had to see the wind horse banner break as the riding of the King comes through Helm’s Gate. And then the great shout, so spontaneous and wild a note from the young audience that would have deafened the roar of the Cauldron in a State of Origin rugby match.
Not all who sat in those theatres packed to standing room only were young, dumbed down whites. On one of those screenings, the legals and strategists of the Common Law Associations were also in the cinema. These were the people who carried the burden and responsibility of mapping out the fightback for entire communities whose access to their own roads had been blockaded by the private tolling companies. All at issue were the ancient and sacred Common Law right to the highways and the byeways of the white nations – of which (in its founding) Australia is one.
Later I would listen to some of those accounts. “Everything has been at a stalemate for weeks. What if this. What if that. But when that scene came on and the young people saw that standard, no one would believe the shout that went up. That was when I knew. We could take them. I knew it.” And within weeks, the first motorcades and bike rallies took to the prepaid toll lanes on the ringroads. Many cars displaying the Australian flag, but when the motorists saw the cars and bikes displaying with White Horse banner, you saw oncoming traffic pull over, you saw vehicles do U turns on the main roads and fall in behind the lead cars. They followed those cars through the ‘no pay’ drive through of the pre-paid toll lanes and ring-roads of the blockaded communities. To conflate many rallies: young people went through the tolling lanes on bikes and skate boards. Malcolm went through on his motorcycle at least a dozen times and made the front page of the papers. Rolling class actions against the tolling companies began over the fines. Called up a friend who I knew had a white horse, ‘how about riding through’? I wanted to know. She came with some members of her kids’ pony club. It was great. They jumped the horses over the boom gate and because a rider has much more range of movement than a motorist, one of the riders was able to paste a “tolls are for trolls’ sticker in the eye of the camera that photographs the license plates.
It wasn’t exactly Jan Sobieski at the Gates of Vienna, but it was great fun. I still have all my fine notices unpaid and overdue still proudly displayed on my kitchen wall. Everytime I have to sit down write a lawyer letter to some troll at the tolling company about it, I always be sure to include a good ‘white horse’ quote from a favourite source.
This is a fairy tale. But it became a true fairy tale. It is true because it is true to the Christ Bearing race, true to the insignia of its soul and its mythos and last ends. Above all it is true because, “the heaven opened, and behold a white horse: and he that sat upon him was called faithful and true and with justice doth he judge and fight.” Apoc 19:11.

And another thing. What in the name of Jehoshaphat are children learning these days? They can expound upon Holohoax mythology in fine detail and rattle off every “lifestyle choice” they’ve learned, but if they don’t know some of the great, heroic names you’ve mentioned – Martel, Sobieski, Charlemagne – they can’t profess to be educated. And they aren’t being taught these things by design.

‘Stuff Black People Don’t Like’ is a great idea that was bound to happen as a website. I must log on some evening after I’ve had a few a beers.
The young affirmatively actioned Shire Council Officer who paid me a visit last month to inform me about ‘our water crisis’ certainly didn’t like being told that I was aware the Premier of our state Anna Bligh (no I’m not making this up) had mandated a water crisis for our state because of the drought. However, at my address I was choosing not to have a water crisis. (Seriously how can you have a water crisis with 80% humidity unless you choose to go along with the official water crisis?) Let’s just say our affirmatively actioned officer did not receive this information well. When I was forced to explain to him that it was relatively easy to convert air to water using a solar battery, he became furious.
Sigh.
I have been reading Spirit Water Blood for awhile now. And from the tme I started reading this and associated websites and links – I was ’stoked’ as we would say here in the (planetary) South. Not Old Dixie maybe – but the South anyway.
And good websites need lively message boards to develop the content of the main posts – whether the fur flies, so to speak, or new material comes in. This is what people like.
I am very lucky that some free time has opened up to me to spend some more time on the web.

No way. Jag and Tre are going to hit the talk show circuit. Their 2.5 factory kids are going to complain to the Political Correctness Officers at the school that the satanic, evil state of Ca doesn’t think they come from a ‘normal’ family. They are going to cry on tv, they are going to do a video for YouTube about their problem. Whatever the school does, I give it a month before the blowback will arrive on scene carrying briefcases. The family satyr will be so stressed it(?) will forget about the box in the laundry and poop on the carpet.
