Just one day after our previous post, in which we wrote that “Sobran was the Chesterton of our time,” Ann Coulter also called him “the G.K. Chesterton of our time.” We’re not aware of anyone else making this connection, but since it’s unlikely that Ann reads this humble blog, we’ll chalk it up to coincidence. We almost agree with her that, with Sobran’s passing, “the world lost its greatest writer.” Coming from her, that is high praise indeed. Just as we did in our little article, Ann includes some of her favorite Sobranisms. One of these, a comment on Buckley’s laughable book, In Search of Anti-Semitism, is particularly interesting: “Its real message is not that we should like or respect Jews; only that we should try not to hate them. But this implies that anti-Semitism is the natural reaction to them: If it’s a universal sin, after all, it must be a universal temptation.” Another good one on big government: “Freedom has ceased to be a birthright; it has come to mean whatever we are still permitted to do.” Or as Sobran put it elsewhere, in America, “freedom is coming to mean little more than the right to ask permission.” It’s interesting that as the definition of freedom contracts, the definition of racism expands.
Ann is clever enough not to allow her association with and admiration for anti-Semites to tarnish her own career. This is why she had to write, in Sobran’s own eulogy, about her great “affinity to Israel.” She even calls Israel, which is one of the few nations on earth in possession of a nuclear arsenal and is funded and protected by the greatest military and economic powers in the world, an underdog at the mercy of a few suicide bombers. Well played, Ann. I give your performance four and a half Stars of David.
Oddly enough, Presbyterian Ann offers no such disclaimers when she speechifies at Homocon 2010. Knowing that she will encounter no resistance from her fastidious Jewish publishers, she gladly poses for a photograph with the founder of Boy Butter, a maker of anus lubricant for faggots.

According to Joel McDurmon, Martin Luther’s landmark book, On the Jews and Their Lies, is “a vitriolic tract,” is “filled with radical rhetoric,” is “over-the-top,” and written with “a careless pen.” Luther “went too far in his language,” he chides. Crossing the tape in a photo finish is The Traditions of the Jews by Johann Andreas Eisenmenger, which is one of the rarest books in the world and has been basically unavailable for almost 300 years. Thank God that Hoffman owns a copy and has made copies for sale. It seems that Gary DeMar, who boasts a library of tens of thousands of volumes, and his staff have some reading to do. This might teach young McDurmon to cease idiotic statements such as: “Modern Judaism is not Judaism.”
Mao Tse Tung (or Zedong, as it’s now spelled, to keep linguists at NPR employed) takes the title of greatest mass murderer in history: 45 million in just four years. But remember, since Jews are more special than goy-cattle, nothing else can borrow the title of Holocaust.
Juan Williams was fired from NPR for saying that it makes him nervous to see Muslims dressed in Islamic garb. As James points out, all the “conservatives” like Huckabee and Palin who are calling for NPR’s funding to be cut didn’t have a word to say when Rick Sanchez was fired from CNN for stating the incontrovertible truth that Jews control the news business. If they didn’t, Helen Thomas would still be employed.
It would be far more worrisome to see Muslims passing as White and Christian. Anything that makes them more alien is a good thing. As a friend of ours says, we should be “glad to see Blacks with Rasta hair and wild Nigerian garb. I want every Muslim to wear a turban or a veil and preferably to carry a scimitar. I feel the same way about English-only. I don’t want Hispanics to learn to speak English. I want them to remain as foreign as possible.”
German Chancellor Angela Merkel admits that what she calls multiculturalism “has failed, utterly failed.” By “multiculturalism,” she means the hope of liberal, godless democracies to tolerate a cacophony of conflicting interests yet try to instill a common taxpaying purpose in the squabbling nationalities. This is what America is trying to do too, and Merkel is correct: it doesn’t work. Judeochristian neo-Babelists define “multiculturalism” as the mixture of Christian culture with non-Christian culture. They foolishly believe that it is appropriate for any number of kindreds to mix so long as they are all Christian. It is not clear that this state of affairs has ever existed in the world, and certainly does not exist today. As usual, the anti-Kinist relies on fantasies and abstractions. Kinists consider multiculturalism to be synonymous with multiracialism and religious pluralism, which are to be avoided at all costs. Since Merkel doesn’t understand what prevents disparate peoples from integrating, she thinks the solution is for them to learn to speak German. Our own leaders will likewise soon abandon the pretense of supporting multiple nations under one government and will press hard for English-only. They will make the same mistake the Germans are now making, which is to assume that common language can undo God’s design for separate blood-nationhood. Everyone keeps trying to return to Babel, but the way is closed forever. We “racists” tell them exactly what they’re doing wrong, but they refuse to listen, because, after all, we’re “racists.”

Countless great ministers of the gospel in the last century and earlier could have written the same words. Ask the elders of your church if they have more in common with their own ancestors or with Communists. Then ask yourself if you want to be a Christian or a Communist.
Jim Russell will sue! This is wonderful news. Slanderers are now given fair warning. I’m sure he would be happy to be employed by Ole Miss.

Wikipedia is a scam. It’s obvious that the Political Cesspool and Kevin MacDonald entries, as well as many others, are written by the SPLC. The text bends far to the left, and when our friends try to correct the rampant errors, their edits last for about two hours and are overwritten. Thus, Wikipedia maintains the illusion of being as balanced as an encyclopedia yet open to all. The SPLC’s entry has no incriminating evidence whatsoever, of course, aside from a few references to their Faganesque fundraising. That’s nothing compared to this.
John Vinson has written a devastating critique of the SPLC in the Spring edition of The Social Contract. It should all go into Wikipedia, of course, but try it, and watch as it disappears.

Regarding Jews: it occurred to me that many modernist Christians seem to consider “rootless cosmopolitanism” as a Christian virtue. This notion is presented with pious pretexts – you know, “our true politeuma is in heaven”.
But could it not be argued rather that to become “rootless cosmopolitans” is TO ACCEPT THE CURSE OF JEWS? For God punished Jews for their rejection of Christ by making them wanderers on earth without a true country of their own – this had been very traditional viewpoint.
So those that would have Christians to become totally rootless spirits (free from the restraints of rotten flesh) are, as if, voluntarily calling upon themselves the curse of the Christ-rejecting Jews!

I spent my entire childhood and young adulthood listening to self-described “Jesus freaks” from the 1960s and other “Contemporary Christian” musicians sing that “this world is not my home – I’m just passing through.” Just as gnostics view the soul as perfected without the body, they view heaven as perfected without the earth. Both of these satanic ideas have worked their way into what most Christians believe today, and what is taught in most churches, and it’s easy to see how the false belief arises that borders and boundaries are meaningless.
I lost count years and years ago of how many anti-Kinists love to quote the Apostle Paul’s statement in Philippians 3 that he counts his flesh as skubalon – rubbish – excrement. This is not what Paul teaches at all! He clearly says that all the things that gave him confidence in his righteousness according to the law are as dung compared to faith in Jesus Christ. He was not at all suggesting that his body, his tribe, his nation, or his obedience to the law were a waste of his time.
In the first chapters of each of their books, the apostle James and the prophet Isaiah tell us that being fatherless (rootless) is pitiable. This ties in closely to what Rushdoony said in the quote above about land. In this upside-down world, Judeochristians are calling curses blessings! It makes my head spin.

What makes this notion all the more dangerous is that it’s a half-truth. Perhaps even a three-quarters truth – Lord has given us some things and He will again take them away, and we cannot carry worldly things with us, not necessarily even our loved ones. Lynda, I frankly do not believe in ther authenticity of the Protocols (a WAY too blatant and clumsy document), nor do I think that the French Revolution can be merely written off as a Jewish conspiracy.
This is just the sort of childish conspiracian scapegoating that I said I reject (and which Trad-Cats seem fond of). When I myself refer to conspiracies, I first make sure that I can make a plausible case of it.
About Joel McDurmon’s article on Luther and the Jews, I appreciated it and couldn’t find much to disagree with.

I’ll request first off, that my voice at least be heard here. Both Petr and Lynda make some good points, but they are not being true to their readers, more especially Lynda.
Petr quotes a great deal of good information, and for that I am thankful. Lynda quotes a good deal too, but her animus (anima?) is always directed at establishing the basis for the RC system, and that is her constant goal. The comments on the Protocols miss some very important things.
First off, they came to light for the world through the actions of one Sergei Nilus, whose history and piety are chronicled through the lens of the Russian Orthodox Church. He was a friend of Czar-Martyr Nicholas II, and Nilus and his wife lived on after the revolution for a time, to see the bitter fruits of the ‘modernism’ of his day-the Soviet Apparatus.
Neither Lynda nor Petr mention this ‘link and tie,’ but it is not as important, if one at least looks at the Protocols with a not too jaundiced eye. But the comment of Lynda about being ‘orthodox’ (quotes AND a lower case, typographically demeaning) and then the comment ‘so-called,’ are not to be glossed over, as Petr seems willing to do.
Also, Dr. MacDonald is a good reference for evolutionary statistics, but as he has not confided that he is a believer (of any stripe) his statements on the factuality of the Protocols is moot in a theological discussion. Just as Jews say ‘this is true, not because it is factual, but because it resonates with me’ should be taken up, as hyperbolic satire, by Christians, with the Protocols, if only to ‘answer a fool according to his folly.’ WHy should the Deicides’ delusions act as the basis for all the so-called ‘Hate crime legislation’ out there, when Christians are its’ primary targets?
Finally, Michael Hoffman discounts the Protocols, precisely because he’s a Trad RC, who sees all things through the lens of the filioquist Papacy as his legitimizing factor. This SWB post entitled: “The Church is dead; long live the Church” speaks a terrible truth. The Church is in eclipse and would seem to be swept from the earth. We are going through a crisis that is worse than the Arian Crisis (of 300 years) when heretics were in possession of the visible structures of the Church worldwide and the remnant of the faithful persevered in the holy faith outside the visible structures of the Church in possession of Arian bishops and hierarchy.
As a Roman Catholic I adhere to the belief that faith of the Catholic Church is the holy faith as it has been given to us by the Apostles. The saints, fathers, doctors, Councils and popes have merely ennunciated and explained what was there as the seed of the Sacred Deposit from the beginning in Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition.

This statement in no way falsifies The Protocols of Zion whether Michael Hoffman believes they are authentic or not.
The authors of The Protocols say of themselves that they are Communists. They say they are the architects of revolution beginning with the French. They speak of the “killing out of the goyim” as necessary to their plans.
For these reasons, the U.S War Dept held an inquiry into the authenticity of The Protocols in 1919. The transcripts of this inquiry and its findings were classified until the 1970s and when that document was de-classified, it was transcribed by the Polish American Relations Committe. And they posted it on their website. I just have a question about a statement made on Joel McDurmon’s article:

Why is this statement idiotic? Even if it be granted that the Jews since the time of Christ have been thoroughly deicidal and antichristian as a people (whether one wants to define that people ethnically, religiously, or both), it is still consistent to say that Christianity is the true extension of biblical/Old Testament Judaism, an ideology which modern-day Jews firmly reject, just as their Pharisaic forefathers did.
In other words, McDurmon’s comment seems consistent with St. Paul’s statement in Rom. 2:28-29 that, basically, a Christian is a true Jew. The only way to consistently say that McDurmon is wrong, I think, is to say that this verse (as well as the other positive affirmation of the Jews in the Old Testament) is a mistranslation.
Now, I have not really looked into these issues much, so I am genuinely asking a question — rather than stating myself with the pretense of a question.
I can see how that would be confusing. The problem is that JM, as a Reconstructionist, should know that old covenant believers were Christians. Their religion was not “Judaism.” Their faith was the same Christianity as ours, except that they anticipated the cross. As Rushdoony taught, “Judeo-Christian” is a contradictory term.
It’s fine if you want to use the word “Jew” (if short for “Judean”) to refer to those old believers, but a better word would be Israelite. The anti-Christ Jews of today have no spiritual connection, and probably not even a blood connection, to the Israelites of the Old Testament. And Judaism, as every Jew will confirm, is the religion of the traditions of the rabbis – the very same that Jesus condemned.

Has Hoffman publicly identified himself as an RC at all?
When he had dinner with us a few years ago, he identified his wife as RC but not himself.
That’s a good question, Tim. I always assumed he is but that he despised the leadership, from the pope on down.
Hoffman seems to be a Sedevacantist, but I’ve never seem him forthrightly state that. I’ve only read “Judaism Discovered,” several of his “Revisionist History” newsletters, and some of his blog posts, but within that body of work he has always treated us Reformed folk very evenhandedly. While I think Hoffman could be a little freer with praise of such luminaries as Calvin and Rushdoony, he’s the only Catholic I’ve ever known that’s publicly commended Luther.

His worldview frankly seems to be an unstable Protestant-Romanist hybrid – he has always been clearer on what he is against than what he is for.
